Emma Lowther

Emma Lowther is represented by Rachel Neely

Emma grew up in West Yorkshire before moving to London to train at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Since then, she’s worked as an actor, comedian and voiceover artist alongside juggling a myriad of zero-hours jobs. She now works as a copywriter from the comfort of her sofa.

In 2021, Emma was a recipient of the London Writers Award. After a nail-biting, four-way auction, her debut novel was acquired in a six-figure deal. Fellow Creatures – a dark academia exploration of friendship and ambition set within the hallowed walls of a prestigious drama school – will be published in 2026.

When she’s not writing, Emma performs with her improv company, Pinch Punch, and hangs out with her partner and their cat, Yoshi.
