Amy McCulloch in conversation at Waterstones Putney about her new thriller, RUNNER 13
We were delighted to see Amy McCulloch in conversation with Louise Minchin at Waterstones Putney to celebrate the launch of her new thriller, RUNNER 13, on June 19th. Louise is a television presenter, journalist, and fellow thriller writer. Amy vividly spoke with Louise about her participation in multiple extreme sports from climbing the tallest mountains in the world to skydiving and how she has used these experiences to inspire her thrillers. RUNNER 13 is inspired by Amy running an ultra-marathon in the Sahara Desert.
It was also inspiring to hear about Amy’s career journey from writing her first novel at University, to signing with Juliet Mushens and getting her first book deal for a Young Adult duology, to taking a new direction and writing adult thrillers. After answering some great questions from the audience, Amy signed copies of RUNNER 13 for her fans. We look forward to publication day next week!

But there’s a killer stalking the hot sand. And the problem with running faster than everyone else, is that you’re miles ahead of anyone who can save you...
